Today while working and taking report one of my employee asked me…
Mam: how you solve all the problems and issues which we submits you in all aspects? What is your secret of problem solving?
I replied – Someone is there who loves me a lot from my childhood and he never left me alone….and because of him Day by day I am mastering the skill of solving the issues ….guess who’s??? (I can’t share the lol conversation between us which is little bit comedy)
Wanna know who loves me a lot?
My “Problems” While leaving the real life in reality I realized problems are never leaving me alone so I started friendship with them and 1st thing I develop in myself is to become a partner of that problem. And for creating best partnership I think Two ingredients are most important that is –
1. Listening
2. Asking Right questions With proper “listening“ And with the process of questioning myself I developed the skill of : “Problem Solving“ And then I set the formula for myself to work on.
In all this journey In 2017 I read one book which becomes one of my favorite in my book list. which helps me to sort the thoughts of problem solving
i.e. : Tough times never last, but tough people do. Robert Schuller ( Everyone should read at least once in life )
I want share something to young generation and future of India If you’re going through a rough time, remember that life isn’t always bad. These endless fear, disappointment, pain, and heartache are just brief moments of time that will soon pass. So try to write down the exact problem and understand them and you will find the way of solving….. And the best example I want to share which I read the story of women in 2017 is CEO of Kamani Tubes – Kalpana Saroj ji
